Over the course of two days, we engaged some of our Tribal youth in a hands-on training session, guided by Trout Unlimited. Supported by the Meadowland Assessment Grant, our young people learned vital skills in GPS mapping, focusing on water infrastructure, water resources, cultural sites, and meadow restoration planning at Kwolokam. This training not only enriched their understanding of our land but also equipped them with the tools to protect and preserve our natural and cultural heritage for future generations.
